- Meeting Instructions:
- Arrival Time:
- Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the departure time. Late arrivals or no-shows will not be eligible for refunds.
- Tour Guide Identification:
- Look for the guide holding a red flag with “R Day Tour” printed on it.
- Meeting Point and Time Adjustments:
- Pick-up times and locations may be slightly adjusted due to traffic conditions. Please ensure your phone or email is accessible for updates from our support team.
- Arrival Time:
- Luggage and Personal Items:
- Each person is allowed one piece of luggage up to 26 inches and one carry-on item that can be placed on your lap.
- Large items such as wheelchairs cannot be accommodated.
- If the number of luggage items exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, the driver reserves the right to refuse service, and no refund will be provided.
- Important Notes:
- A minimum of 8 participants is required for the tour. If the minimum is not met, an email notification will be sent by 18:00 two days (local time) before departure.
- The itinerary times may vary depending on the traffic conditions on your travel date.
- Due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or events at the destinations, the itinerary order and content may be adjusted. Thank you for your understanding.
- Seating is open and on a first-come, first-served basis. Seat reservations are not available.
- Pets are not allowed on the bus.
- Kindly note that all additional costs will be paid directly to the local operator. Please make sure to bring cash.
Rescheduling, Cancelations and Refunds
If you need to cancel or reschedule the activity for any reason, please contact us via email at info@getmetotaiwan.com. If you have any other questions, feel free to get in touch.
Cancelations made 48 hours or more prior to the departure time will be fully refunded.
Cancelations made less than 48 hours prior to the departure time will not receive refunds.
Full refunds will be provided for cancellations due to force majeure events, such as natural disasters, wars, or strikes.
In the event of a typhoon, if the government announces a suspension of work and school, all bookings will be automatically canceled, and full refunds will be issued.
